ISI Approach

ISI’s infrastructure development philosophy is based on the following fundamental beliefs:

· Every organization is unique in the way they do their business. This uniqueness represents their strength. The infrastructure should support this uniqueness rather than remove it.

· Changes to process flow should come from within an organization and not from outside. The best way to get to a scalable model is through evolution, rather than revolution.

· Technology platforms are tools to build the optimal infrastructure, rather than to define the infrastructure.

ISI approaches every client engagement with a focus on the mission and goals of the client’s operation. The elements of the approach are:

· Workflow modeling and analysis – developing a complete understanding of the operational flow of tasks and information within the company and an analysis of bottlenecks and inefficiencies

· Scalable architectural design – proposing a blueprint for a process and infrastructure to support a workflow devoid of the bottlenecks and inefficiencies

· Phased implementation – developing a scalable and feasible migration plan from the existing process model to the proposed model
