Yugal Sharma, Ph.D - Vice President, Systems Architecture As Vice President of Systems Architecture, Yugal Sharma leads the development of systems architecture for large-scale high throughput systems. Prior to his work at Ironbridge, Yugal played a key role in developing genetic and analytical models for the Human Genome Project and in developing the National Institute of Health’s high performance LOBOS computing cluster used to perform massively parallel simulation systems for molecular modeling. He also served as the Chief Technology Officer of Riptopia, a venture-backed technology firm, specializing in the digital audio conversion of compact discs to digital audio formats. Yugal holds a B.A. in Chemistry and Molecular Cell Biology from the University of Michigan, and a Ph.D. from the University of Cincinnati.
