Vijay Perincherry, Ph.D - President

Dr. Vijay Perincherry is a technology entrepreneur who has held senior management positions in several organizations since completing his Ph.D in Applied Sciences from the University of Delaware. Prior to founding Modal Logic, Vijay directed the Research and Development function at Appfluent Technology, a vendor of database optimization products, playing a key role in designing and developing the core functional components in the company's flagship product, the Database Accelerator . Vijay was also the Chief Technology Officer at Calypso Online, a developer of an online e-tail integration application. As a VP of Hickling Corporation, a global risk analysis firm, Vijay was instrumental in developing and implementing SBC, a risk-based strategic benefit cost analysis framework for public sector infrastructure investments. Vijay has also conducted several planning and forecasting studies and developed travel-forecasting systems for State governments and MPO's including MWCOG, and state departments of transportation such as NCDOT, AZDOT, TN-DOT and Memphis-MPO.
