Systems Inc's Campaign Support Framework (CSF) is an online technology
framework that can be customized to implement a typical campaign
workflow. CSF has significant scalability and is designed for enterprise
level usage.
CSF
was adapted to develop the Center for Community Change's (CCC) Civic
Engagement List (CEL) tool, and was used by several progressive
field organizations to support their 2006 election campaign. They
included Grass Roots Organization (GRO) in Missouri, Washington
Citizen Action Network (WCAN) in Washington, and Illinois Coalition
for Immigrant and Refuge Rights (CIRR) in Illinois among others.
